CA Yashasya G. Parakh brings together experience across professional practice, industry systems and MSME advisory.
Completed 3 years of articleship training at Desai Haribhakti & Co. with exposure to Transfer Pricing and professional advisory assignments. Subsequently worked with Mahindra & Mahindra, gaining practical understanding of corporate compliance systems, operational finance and business processes.
Having completed ICAI's Level 1 Artificial Intelligence Learning Programme, the founder actively studies the practical application of AI in taxation, compliance, business advisory and financial decision-making while preserving confidentiality, privacy, professional ethics and accountability.
Further experience working closely with proprietorship firms and small businesses provided valuable insight into the practical challenges faced by MSMEs and professionals.
The firm is also shaped by a clear purpose: improving compliance and taxation awareness in remote areas of the country. Having seen the difficulties faced by businesses in tier 3 and tier 4 cities, villages and smaller commercial centres, the practice aims to make reliable guidance more accessible before missed compliance turns into missed opportunity.
